About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Associate to support our expert research and client delivery operations. In this role, you will work directly on live expert projects and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and coordinating industry experts. You will report directly to Ewa Granosik (Operations Director), working closely together on project execution, priorities, and quality control. 

This is a part-time role (approx. 2 days per week), with flexible working hours depending on project flow. Some weeks may be busier than others, requiring adaptability and responsiveness.

What you will do

  • Identify and source relevant experts via LinkedIn and other research tools   
  • Conduct outreach and engage experts in a professional, high-conversion manner   
  • Assess expert fit based on client briefs and project scope   
  • Coordinate scheduling between clients and experts   
  • Ensure alignment on scope, availability, and expectations   
  • Support rate alignment and communicate pricing where needed   
  • Collaborate with internal team members (including Operations Director and Sales)   
  • Help manage project timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment   

Who we are looking for (must haves)

  • Comfortable with outreach and professional communication (LinkedIn, email)   
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to move quickly when needed   
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously   
  • Affinity with or experience in the food & agriculture industry 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes high-pressure environment   
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills   
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting 
  • Ideally past experience from: GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint, Atheneum, Third Bridge, Coleman Research, or other expert search platform 
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

    • Approx. 16h per week but workload varies week-to-week depending on project flow   
    • With potential for more working hours after summer as the business grows

    • Fully remote (online role, no travel required) 
    • Based in Europe 
    • Must have a valid EU work visa
      (We do not support non-EU locations or visa sponsorship.)
