About the role

We are looking for a part-time Sales professional with a strong hunter mentality to help grow our FoodTech Experts network. This is a fully remote, conversion-focused role with main activities centered around proactive outreach, deal-making and closing new customers across the food & agriculture ecosystem.

You will actively convert both outbound and inbound leads into customers, supported by ongoing marketing activities.

FoodTech Experts is an initiative by Bright Green Partners, a strategy consultancy focused on AgriFood Tech.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including:
    • Follow-up
    • Closing deals
    • CRM management (Hubspot)
  • Proactively approach new contacts using:
    • Our internal CRM
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Open to other tools you’ve successfully used in the past
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by the team through:
    • Monthly email campaigns / newsletters
    • LinkedIn content
    • Downloadable studies
    • Conferences where we speak and engage with potential customers
  • Engage with potential customers such as:
    • Corporates (procurement, commercial, strategy, innovation teams)
    • Consulting firms
    • Investors
  • When a customer request becomes more concrete:
    • Hand over to or collaborate with internal colleagues, via up-to-date hubspot information and where needed additional briefing/context
  • You are not responsible for:
    • Contracts
    • Internal FoodTech Experts operations (handled by the internal team)

Who we are looking for (must haves)

  • true hunter who enjoys creating & closing deals
  • Experienced in B2B sales with corporate accounts
  • Understands how to build sales & scale outside of own company network
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Affinity with or experience in the food & agriculture industry
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Practical details

  • Contract:
    • Employment contract or freelance agreement
  • Duration:
    • Initial 5-month contract
    • February – June
  • Hours:
    • Approx. 8 hours per week
    • Possibility to scale up to approx. 12 hours per week
  • Location:
    • Fully remote (online role, no travel required)
    • Based in Europe
    • Must have a valid EU work visa
      (We do not support non-EU locations or visa sponsorship.)
  • Compensation
    • Hourly rate (depending on profile and contract type)
    • Bonus per closed deal
